[ 01 / 07 ] — About the client

Who it’s for

Purely Personal serves solo founders and coaches who end up doing their own marketing, design, copywriting, social media and CRM — across five to seven tools that don’t talk to each other.

[ 02 / 07 ] — The challenge

What needed to change

Generic chatbots forget the brand every session, and every tool needs its own login and learning curve. Founders wanted one assistant that remembers their business, asks a question or two, and then actually does the work.

[ 03 / 07 ] — The build

What we built

  1. [01]
A CEO chat — typed or spoken — that asks one or two questions, then plans and hands the work to specialist AI agents
  2. [02]
Six specialist builders: newsletters, landing pages, squeeze pages, lead magnets, Instagram story sequences and DM sequences
  3. [03]
One-click publishing of landing pages, and a content calendar that schedules and posts LinkedIn and Instagram content
  4. [04]
Brand DNA (logo, colours, fonts, voice) and long-term memory about the founder
  5. [05]
An “outlier detector” that finds a creator’s posts performing 2×, 5× or 10× above average
  6. [06]
An AI inbox for Outlook and other mail providers, with AI-drafted replies
  7. [07]
A CRM with two-way GoHighLevel sync, and revenue from Stripe, Whop, Shopify and Kajabi in one view
  8. [08]
Meeting bots that join Zoom, Meet and Teams and return summaries and action items
  9. [09]
Team workspaces with roles, forms, and credits — talking is free, creating costs credits
[ 04 / 07 ] — How it works

How it works, step by step

  1. [01]

The founder asks by chat or voice

  2. [02]

The CEO loads the brand, memory and live data

  3. [03]

A specialist agent does the job

  4. [04]

The founder edits the live preview by talking

  5. [05]

One click publishes, schedules or sends it

[ 06 / 07 ] — Key decisions

Decisions that mattered

  1. [01]
One narrow agent per content type, run by a planner, so the AI can’t drift off-task.
  2. [02]
Never depend on one AI vendor: every request has an automatic fallback to another provider.
  3. [03]
Measure before optimising — a benchmark showed slow image generation came from a quality setting, not the model.
